ABOUT ME

Emery Hines is a New York City transplant (originally born-and-raised in Colorado) and a huge fan of baking, kindness, coffee, enjoying baked goods with coffee, and the art of story-telling. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in Musical Theatre, minors in Business Administration and Arts Entrepreneurship, and an emphasis in dance.

 

Broadway musicals were the soundtrack to her childhood, but her passion for belting along in the kitchen has since been outgrown by passion for telling stories that effect change; telling stories that heal, even when they hurt.

 

She believes in chasing positivity and always following the sun, taking inspiration from the sunflowers that cover most surfaces in her bedroom (on tapestries, coasters, pillows, paintings, you name it).  It's a healthy obsession. In addition to sunflowers, she loves yoga, cooking, and more Les Mis than most people would know what to do with.
